Join WBON member Susan Rogers this month at the Stowe Chapter and discover the benefits of yoga and the power of mindfulness. The goal of yoga is a healthy body, calm mind, and illuminated spirit. Susan will lead us in gentle instruction and discuss tips for de-stressing. You’ll come away from this meeting feeling rejuvenated and ready to meet the work week with intention.
