Join Us Feb 19th for When You Can’t Make it to Yoga Class with Susan Rogers**

  • Do you hit mental roadblocks at work?
  • Do you have trouble managing stress after a long day at the office? How about at the office?

Join WBON member Susan Rogers this month at the Stowe Chapter and discover the benefits of yoga and the power of mindfulness.  The goal of yoga is a healthy body, calm mind, and illuminated spirit.  Susan will lead us in gentle instruction and discuss tips for de-stressing. You’ll come away from this meeting feeling rejuvenated and ready to meet the work week with intention.

Participants are welcome to bring a towel or mat and be dressed in work out gear or stay professionally dressed and participate in postures you can do anytime at your desk.
Susan Rogers is the owner of Santosa Yoga. She was a dental hygienist and educator for 30 years until pain and arthritis sent her to the yoga mat. She recognizes how successful yoga and Pilates was in relieving her pain. She is a certified instructor and can lead private or group instruction. She believes yoga is for everyone.
