How to Run a Meeting when your Speaker is Sick!

Unfortunately, our planned speaker, Connie, got a case a strep throat and was unable to lead our meeting today. She was able to give us a few days notice, but we were unable to locate a backup.

In cases like this, it’s a good idea to have a plan B.

An Open Space Meeting is an easy structure that you can use to run a great meeting on a moment’s notice. It enables participants to create their own content in a meaningful way by choosing their own topics and slotting those into an easy schedule.

Our Sessions… We were a small group and talked about them all so I didn’t capture them fully on this sheet.

You should probably write more neatly than me when you run a meeting.
