Amy Mattinat is currently the owner of Auto Craftsmen, an independent auto repair and service shop located in Montpelier, and has a new coaching business: Bulls Eye Marketing.

Amy feels that great customer service, continuing education, creative marketing, having systems in place  and being part of a Mastermind Group are the keys to her success.

She has written two books: “How To Buy A Great Used Car” and “Whatever Happened to Outstanding Customer Service?” She also writes an automotive car care magazine column, newsletter, and blog.

Amy has currently been hired by the VTSBDC (Vermont Small Business Developement Center)and CVEDC (Central Vermont Economic Developement Corp) to give 5 Marketing Classes around Vermont and a 6 month series Marketing Class in Waterbury.
